Live In Care

Connect

Becoming a Carer is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling roles you could ever do and is a great entry level into the care industry. At the ENA Care Group we are committed to the learning and development needs of all our staff. Our Carers receive on-going professional development meetings with their coordinator and specialist training for specific needs.

We have also had over 20 years experience providing Live in Care and understand the challenges our carers face in work. Our Care Team include qualified healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses and an Occupational Therapist who support our carers in work. Our Training Team are also there to assist in ensuring our carers are equipped to provide professional, reliable and safe care.

You’ll see from your initial interactions with us, that all our staff have a friendly, professional and caring attitude which makes us a great company to work for.

Workplace & Culture

A live in care job is not your average 9 – 5 job and it requires a special kind of person who always has the interests of others at heart. Being a carer for the ENA Care Group is about providing high quality one to one care to our clients which enables them to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home. It is a demanding but highly rewarding role. Without Live in Carers, people who wish to live independently or people who need specialist assistance would be unable to. We consider our carers to be ‘Care Champions’ promoting dignity in care at all times and are really proud of the carers who work for us at the ENA Care Group. It is a role that will take you to different places, introduce you to interesting and inspirational individuals and is a flexible role as you commit to short term placements as and when you please
